Pamela D. Sibcy

Pamela D. Sibcy

Owner and Director, Sibcy Cline Inc. and Chairman of the Board Sibcy Cline Relocation Services

While serving as Chairman of the Board of Sibcy Cline Relocation Services, Pam Sibcy concentrates on client cultivation through community involvement, business affiliations and various Board participations. Pam is a member of the Sibcy Cline Executive Committee which oversees all major decisions for Sibcy Cline Inc. and affiliated companies. She is a licensed Realtor, and has spent the past 25 years as Vice President of Marketing for all Sibcy Cline companies.

Pam is responsible for all corporate and Realtor advertising as well as Sibcy Cline Home Services, the Appointment Center, the Listings Department, and Sibcy Cline Customer Care Division. Pam serves the community as a current or past member of the board of: Cincinnati Chapter of the American Red Cross, The Children’s Theatre, The Children’s Museum, Stepping Stones Center, the Wellness Center, Dress for Success and the Lindner Center of Hope. She is also an active member of the Women’s Capital Investment Club. Pam is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Robin Sheakley

Robin is the fourth generation in her family’s business.  She worked at Sibcy Cline in various roles throughout high school and college.  Robin graduated from Miami University in 1995, and while in college she obtained her real estate license as well as listed and sold her first properties.

 

Robin is currently Vice President of Sibcy Cline. She oversees the daily operation of Sibcy Cline’s affiliated businesses: Mortgage, Insurance, Relocation and Title; Training, Recruiting and is a member of the Executive Team.  Most recently, Robin has been involved with Sibcy Cline’s two newest ventures, Moving for Love and Second Story Auctions.

In addition to her role at Sibcy Cline, Robin is actively involved in the community.  She has volunteered as well as served as a board member for Cincinnati Country Day School, is currently on the board of the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, The Realty Alliance and The Cincinnati Children’s Theatre.

Blair G. Schroeder

Blair serves as President of Sibcy Cline Relocation Services. In this role, he works directly with all three facets of the business: referral, corporate third-party and government. In addition to focusing on business development and client services, Blair works with corporations to develop a global mobility program that is reflective of their specific goals and objectives. He then leverages the SCRS team's comprehensive portfolio of program management to meet the client’s needs.

Prior to this position at Sibcy Cline, Blair worked in corporate communications with Duke Energy; public affairs with the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital; as well as a public information officer with the Boone County Fiscal Court.

Since relocating from his home state of Texas, Blair has become active in the region’s business and non-profit community having served on various boards and committees throughout the region. He is the founding chairman of the Northern Kentucky Forum and served as president of the advisory board for three years. Blair has served on the board of advisors and board of directors for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he is has been involved in the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, having served on their public policy committee, and currently volunteers with the Boys Scouts of America by serving on the Dan Beard Council’s Grants and Foundation committee. Blair is a also a graduate from the University of Cincinnati.

William D.  Borek

William D. Borek

Chief Financial Officer

William has managed financial operations for Sibcy Cline Inc and and all its affiliates for the past 25 years. He maintains the banking and other professional relationships including legal counsel, auditors, tax accountants, insurance brokers, investment advisors, third - party record keepers, and consultants. Bill is a member of the Sibcy Cline Executive Committee which oversees all major decisions for Sibcy Cline Inc. and its affiliates.

In addition, he is responsible for overseeing the Technology Services for all of Sibcy Cline. He previously served as senior manager, Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company( KPMG). He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Ohio. William graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, and a Masters of Business Administration from New York University.

Donna Socha

Donna Socha

Vice President, Client Services

As Sibcy Cline Relocation Services VP, Client Services, Donna Socha supervises the managers of the government and corporate relocation teams as well as overseeing household goods management, billing, expense tracking and relocation IT services. She coordinates new client implementations, client policy development and benchmarking, as well as reporting and reviews of all services. Before joining Sibcy Cline Relocation Services in 2007, Donna served as Senior Manager, Global Mobility at Convergys where she managed the U.S. and Canadian relocation and global expatriate programs. She is certified as a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Donna has served in various board positions with Greater Cincinnati Relocation Council and is currently Vice President. She is also a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Donna has a Bachelor of Education from The Ohio State University, a Masters of Public Health from the University of Michigan, and a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University.
